It keeps throwing "object reference not set to an instance of an object" errors. MusicBee also has an iPod plugin, which is also no longer supported, and I am struggling to get this to work as well. I'm having trouble getting the right version of FFMPEG that works with it to do the conversions. I found an app called Floola that looks to do exactly this but it's old and no longer supported. What I really want is an app that can sync iPods, where I can drop in a playlist that contains FLACs and the app will auto convert to 320 MP3 when syncing. I also need to manually recreate playlists in iTunes because my MusicBee playlists contain FLACs and are also in a different location. I need to convert from FLAC to 320 MP3 every time I want to add an album to my iPod. In order to sync my iPods, I've been keeping a separate folder with music I want on my iPod and I point iTunes to that folder, but it requires a lot of manual work. My issue is a lot of my music is in FLAC format which of course can't be synced to an iPod. I use MusicBee to manage my music collection and it's great.
